Exceptional facilities, wide range activities and facilities, very good location, room was super comfy, even have separate pools so that no over crowded pools in prime time. Superior staff attitude and hospitality. Super thanks to Mazaya at the front desk who welcomed us and helped us to swiftly checked us into our room. She even gave us warm surprised by upgraded our room, it really touched our very heart, my wife and daughters loved it so much. Breakfast was excellent with wide range option.

Pullman Hotel does a commendable job of catering to families with young children. There is a dedicated play area equipped with age-appropriate toys and games, our kids were entertained and happy. The staff also organized kid-friendly activities during the day, adding an extra layer of fun for the little ones. The pool area had a separate shallow section, perfect for children to splash around safely. However, it would be great if the hotel expanded their children's menu to include more diverse meal options.

The breakfast - many choices.From western bfast till Indonesian food. The facilities - excellent, specialy if u travel with kids, the hotel caters kids with special programs and activities The pool- they have 2 area for swimming pool, the kids pool area is awesome - the water is warm, the property provide floaties. The Staff - Mba Putri from Butler SPV - Help us a lot with room arrangement, she is really helpful and surprised the kids with welcome message and cookies.

The room (even the balcony) was clean, no dust was spotted. The pillows could've been plusher. Hotel facilities were great and were family oriented. The Padi and Infinity Pools were absolutely divine, well-maintained and has a Ubud feel to them.

Second time staying here. Facilities, location, design is the best in the area. Restaurant choices were okay.
